| The Second International Storytelling Festival took place at Watermans Arts Centre, in Brentford (venue Director Mick Flood) London in 1987. It ran for 8 days, from Sunday 18th Jan - Sunday 25th Jan. It was the sequel to the First International Storytelling Festival at Battersea in 1985, and was the second of such festivals to be held in the UK. The festival was initiated and directed by Ben Haggarty. The festival programmed included performances for adult audiences, talks and lectures and school sessions. | |
